主持山东农业工程学院高层次人才科研专项一项,参与HCH(医院-社区-家庭)连续营养健康服务模式研究等多项国家级和省级课题。在《Journal of Hazardous Materials》、《Chemical Engineering Journal》、《Colloids and Surfaces A: Physicochemical and Engineering Aspects》等国际知名期刊发表高水平论文十余篇,获国家发明专利3项,参编教材1部。
