学习工作简历:
2017年7月,本科毕业于山东农业工程学院食品质量与安全专业,获工学学士学位;
2020年7月,硕士研究生毕业于齐鲁工业大学食品科学与工程专业,获工学硕士学位;
2024年7月,博士研究生毕业于浙江工商大学食品科学与工程专业,获工学博士学位。
2024年11月至今,山东农业工程学院任教。
教学工作情况:
主要讲授《果蔬贮藏与加工技术》、《食品生物化学》、《生物化学B》等课程。
教学科研成就:
主要从事果蔬贮藏保鲜及品质调控研究工作。主持校级科研项目1项,参与多项包括国家自然科学基金在内的纵向科研项目。近年来,以第一作者(共一)或通讯作者在Postharvest Biology and Technology、Horticultural Plant Journal、Scientia Horticulturae、食品科学等期刊上发表论文10余篇,担任Journal of Pineal Research、LWT-Food Science and Technology、Food and Bioprocess Technology等国外知名期刊审稿人。
